    Family with kids looking for luxury escape

    We spent four lovely days in a Grand Pool Suite overlooking the sea. The amazing view from our bed was pure paradise, and the service from our butler was really good, always going above and beyond.

    It wasn't inexpensive, but honestly, it was worth every penny.

My Jungle Suite was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a private plunge pool where I could relax surrounded by lush greenery.     Spent 4 nights in a Grand Pool Suite with ocean view. The suite was spacious and had an infinity pool right outside. Breakfast offered an awesome selection of freshly made dishes. The spa had a full fitness center and relaxing massage options. The staff was super attentive. The beach was fine too, quite private and not crowded at all.

    The private beach was fine, and we enjoyed the elephant trekking, a fantastic experience. The staff greeted us with cold towels and refreshments. We found the breakfast menu good with various tasty options that elevated our stay.

    One downside was the air conditioning issues. It kept cutting out, and we woke up sweating a few nights. This was frustrating, considering the overall quality of the resort.

    The staff was great, treating us like VIPs. The beach views and the complimentary birthday cake.
